How many rooms does the facility have?
The Hotel has 13 rooms with a total of 24 beds.
There are different types of rooms: they are divided into Superior Double Rooms, Triple Rooms (with double bed and crib or three single beds),
Double Rooms for single use; Double Rooms and/or twin beds.
What time can you check-in? What about check-out?
You can check-in from 4 p.m. to 8.30 p.m., and check-out on the morning of departure from 6.30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Does the facility have wi-fi? Where?
We have free Wi-Fi in all the rooms and in the common areas.
Does the Hotel have parking facilities?
The Hotel has a large private unsupervised on-site parking area. It is free and it doesn’t require reservation.
What are reception opening hours?
The reception is open every day from 6.30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 4.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.
Is breakfast included?
Usually breakfast is not included in the room rates, but it is to be paid extra depending on what you’ll order. There is a menu from which you can pick and you pay only for what you order.
What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m.; on Saturday and on Sunday from 8 a.m.to 12 p.m.
How much does breakfast cost?
Breakfast is à la carte and without fixed menu. Every guest is free to decide and to order whatever they prefer from our breakfast menu.
Breakfast is free for children aged 0-2 years of age, whereas for children aged 3-10 years it is charged € 6,00.
For a faster and better service we kindly ask to order breakfast the evening before.
Are the rooms accessible to people with disabilities?
The Hotel does not have lifts but it is barrier-free. You will be able to access the facility and the common areas without difficulty.
There are also some rooms available for those who need more space to move around. Please let us know your needs when you make your reversation.
Does the Hotel have a laundry service?
Laundry and dry cleaning services are available from Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays).
Garments handed in before 9.30 a.m. will be returned the following morning.
Are pets allowed?
Small pets are allowed in the rooms with no additional charge. However pets are not allowed in the breakfast room. A dog-sitting service can be arranged on request.

What is the nearest railway station?
The nearest railway station is San Pietro in Casale Railway Station. It is about 15 minutes by car (12km) and 25 minutes by public transport.
What is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport is Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport. It is about 24 minutes by car (25km) to get to our hotel.
It is possible to take a taxi; there are always taxis available in front of the airport.
The cost of the taxi may vary depending on time and day, but it is approximately from € 40 to € 70 / one way.
It is also possible to use public transport to get to our hotel, time required is about 2 hours.
Is it possible to book a private transfer from/to the airport?
A NCC service from the airport to the hotel is available on request at an approximate cost of € 55.
Do you have cribs available?
Yes, for children up to 2 years of age, a crib can be added to the parents’ room with an additional charge of € 15,00. The availability of cribs is limited, so we recommend to request it upon booking.
Is it possible to eat in the hotel?
Unfortunately not, but the nearest restaurant is only 2km away. The hotel has agreements with some restaurants in the area, and when you check-in we will give you a list with the applied discounts. The bar service is available when reception is open. We also prepare sandwiches on request. Deliveroo service is also available.
Is tourist tax included in the room rates?
There is currently no tourist tax in our municipality.
